Tilaknagar Industries shares are in the spotlight after Bank of America (BofA) sold over 18 lakh shares worth Rs 62 crore via a block deal on Monday. The shares were sold at Rs 338.65 apiece, with Societe Generale acting as the buyer. Both Bank of America (BofA) and Societe Generale were existing shareholders in the company prior to today's deal.

Shares of GMR Airports rose 2% to Rs 79.67 on BSE in Tuesday's trade after the company reported a robust 9.2% year-on-year (YoY) growth in passenger traffic for October 2024, handling over 10.7 million travelers. This marks continued strong momentum, with passenger numbers exceeding 10 million monthly since December 2023. Domestic and international passenger traffic both grew 9.2% YoY.

Medplus Health Services share price opened at ₹729 on the NSE on Tuesday, more than 1% higher than previous close of ₹719.05.
