MRF's board announces an interim dividend of Rs 3 per share, with a record date of November 19, 2024, and payment by November 29. The company's Q2 standalone net profit fell 20% to Rs 455 crore, with revenue rising 11% to Rs 6760 crore, and EBITDA dropping 14% to Rs 974 crore.
