Adani Green Energy has revived its US dollar bond offering through two of its subsidiaries, the company informed on November 18, proposing 20-year tenor of the dollar-denominated bonds. Units of Adani Green - Adani Hybrid Energy Jaisalmer and Adani Solar Energy Jaisalmer - are the co-issuers of the debt note. The group aims to use the proceeds of the bond issue note to repay foreign currency loan.

Bharat Forge Ltd (BFL) reported a consolidated revenue of ₹3,689 Crore and an EBITDA of ₹690 Crore, with a 10.8% YoY increase in EBITDA despite a 2.3% sales decline due to European automotive market difficulties. The company secured new orders worth ₹1,207 Crore across Defence, Castings, and Forging businesses.

The company's revenue, margin and net profit were all above street expectations during the quarter, when compared on a year-on-year basis. Mazagon Dock reported a 51% year-on-year growth in its revenue during the quarter.
