Signature Global, a realty firm, has entered into a Joint Development Agreement with a landlord for a 20-acre land in Gurugram. The project has a estimated revenue potential of Rs 4,500 crore. This is part of the company's expansion plan to tap into the growing housing demand post-COVID. They have recently signed three more JDAs and are seeing an increase in sales bookings and net profit.
