RBI officials say liquidity will be managed according to interest rates as a tool for monetary policy. Since April 2022, RBI has been focused on addressing inflation through accommodation withdrawal. Liquidity conditions are expected to improve in the near future and RBI remains flexible in managing liquidity through repo and reverse repo operations.
