Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Governor Shaktikanta Das on February 15 said global financial market regulators need to be vigilant about the possible misuse of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) in perpetrating financial fraudulence. Addressing the 59th SEACEN Governors' Conference in Mumbai, he said that necessary safeguards need to be put in place to prevent the misuse of tech.
