After failing to get proper response over alleged exorbitant property tax, the Panvel city municipal corporation has served prior-to-seizure notices to more than 300 property tax defaulters. They include 101 industrial units, 107 non-residential properties and 100 residential properties. The civic body area has 3.50lakh properties.
