Gold and silver prices were flat on Friday, with gold at Rs 77,375 per 10 gram and silver at Rs 92,089/kg, after a positive settlement on Thursday following Fed and BOE rate cuts. Prices are expected to remain volatile ahead of US consumer sentiment data, with key support levels at Rs 77,100-76,650 for gold and Rs 91,650-90,800 for silver.

Geojit Financial Services's report on Daily Agri Picks: Farmers in Maharashtra have sown rabi crops over 621,315 hectares as of Tuesday, down 40.3% on year from 1.04 million hectares a year ago, according to a report released by the state's agriculture department. The area under gram, or chana, was 105,239 hectares, down 65.1% on year, the report showed.
