Easy Trip Planners Ltd. has announced a 1:1 bonus share issue, rewarding its shareholders with one additional share for every share held. This decision, approved by the board of directors, is backed by the company's strong financial position, with the issuance to be financed from available reserves as of March 31, 2024. This marks the third bonus share issue by EaseMyTrip in the past two years.
