Fabricio Bloisi took the reins of South Africa’s Naspers Ltd. and its investment arm Prosus NV in July with a plan to double the value of the 110-year-old group within the next four years. The new chief executive officer and former startup founder has begun scouring the globe to replicate the blockbuster success from Prosus’s $34 million deal in 2001 to buy 50% of China’s Tencent Holdings Ltd.
