Indian visitors to Sri Lanka, Mauritius can make payments through UPI: RBI

RBI announced digital payments connectivity with Sri Lanka and Mauritius, allowing Indian travellers to make easy payments using their UPI apps. The virtual launch of RuPay cards and UPI connectivity was witnessed by PM Narendra Modi along with leaders from Mauritius and Sri Lanka. These projects were executed by NIPL with support from RBI, Bank of Mauritius, and Central Bank of Sri Lanka.
