Oberoi Realty's Q3 FY25 results show a 71.70% year-on-year increase in net profit to Rs 618.38 crore, with consolidated revenue up 33.92% to Rs 1,411.08 crore, driven by strong demand for luxury real estate. The company has announced a third interim dividend of Rs 2 per equity share. Oberoi Realty shares have surged 20% in six months and 140% in two years.

Angel One share price remains in focus on Tuesday as will trade Ex-dividend today.
