Private sector lender HDFC Bank surged over 3 percent in intra-day deals today to hit its record high of ₹1801.90. This comes on the back of broader rally led by the BJP-led NDA winning the Maharashtra elections and rise in index heavyweights. With today’s rise, the stock has now climbed over 32 percent from its 52-week low of ₹1,363.45, hit in February 2024.
