Information technology (IT) services major HCLTech’s software business is betting big on attracting new contracts in India. It is driven by the government’s artificial intelligence (AI) mission and a focus on setting up sovereign systems such as industry-specific cloud environments among a slew of many other major initiatives, a top executive of the country’s third-largest software exporter.
