A spurt in Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India has not resulted in the cannibalisation of IT services revenue, Capgemini said at a time when there is widespread debate whether GCCs are negatively affecting information technology (IT) companies’ revenue as well as talent retention. On the contrary, the surge in GCCs has expanded its customer base, the world’s fourth largest IT services.
