Patels Airtemp (India) on Tuesday settled a case with capital markets regulator Sebi related to an alleged violation of disclosure rules by paying a settlement amount of Rs 28.53 lakh. Heavy machinery company Patels Airtemp (India) is a BSE-listed entity. The order came after Patels Airtemp proposed to settle the instant proceedings, without admitting or denying the findings of facts.

On Tuesday, shares of Padam Cotton Yarns Ltd hit a 2 per cent to Rs 213.30 per share from its previous closing of Rs 209.19 per share. The stock also made a new 52-week high of Rs 213.30 per share while its 52-week low is Rs 32.02 per share. The company has a market cap of Rs 101 crore and stock gave multibagger returns of 566 per cent from its 52-week low of Rs 32.02 per share.

Adani Infrastructure will acquire a 30.07 per cent stake in Gujarat-based construction firm PSP Projects for ₹6.85 billion. The infrastructural company under Gautam Adani-owned Adani Enterprises will buy shares from the top shareholder of PSP Projects, Prahladbhai S Patel, Reuters reported on Tuesday.PSP Projects works in industrial, institutional, residential and luxury projects.
