Starting April 1, builders and promoters with at least 50 housing units in Kolhapur can register their properties with MahaRERA at their own offices. This move aims to increase state revenue through stamp duty registrations from Rs50,000 crore to Rs75,000 crore in the next two years. The decision on increasing ready reckoner rates will be taken after review.
