Reported Standalone quarterly numbers for Kothari Sugars and Chemicals are: Net Sales at Rs 101.59 crore in September 2024 down 10.24% from Rs. 113.18 crore in September 2023. Quarterly Net Profit at Rs. 6.25 crore in September 2024 up 20.56% from Rs. 5.18 crore in September 2023. EBITDA stands at Rs. 14.19 crore in September 2024 down 7.38% from Rs. 15.32 crore in September 2023.

The initial public offering (IPO) of Sagility India was subscribed 28% so far on the second day of bidding on Wednesday, fueled by strong participation from retail investors. On day one, the issue was subscribed 22%. At 10:24 am, the issue attracted bids for 10,90,56,500 shares, or 28% against the issue size of 38,70,64,594 shares. The retail portion of the issue was subscribed at 1.38 times.
