The Jet Airways saga came to an end on Thursday with the Supreme Court ordering the liquidation of the bankrupt airline. The court found that the successful bidder for the airline, the Jalan Kalrock Consortium (JKC), had failed to comply with the conditions of the resolution plan, marking the final chapter in the airline’s long struggle to revive itself.

Brookfield India Real Estate Trust gross leasing grew to 1 million square feet in the second quarter of FY25, driven by a strong revival in the special economic zone (SEZ) space, the company said in a regulatory filing on November 7.The company achieved 0.7 million sq ft (msf) of new leasing, with 66 percent of the space take-up in the SEZ assets and it re-leased 0.5 msf of space in Q2.
