Morgan Stanley invests in ₹202 crore QIP of India's diamond exporter

Goldiam International has issued 61.22 lakh equity shares to institutions including Morgan Stanley, raising ₹202 crore. Morgan Stanley acquired 13.02% shares at ₹330 per share, a 5% discount to the QIP floor price, and other institutions like Saint Capital Fund and Nova Global Opportunities Fund also participated, buying shares at varying percentages.
